Our Story
Established in 2009 Catering365 is a family run business, set up by Deiric & Paula following many years working in all aspects of catering. They decided to only provide home cooked, handmade products wherever possible. And to move away from the mass production kitchens and mass-produced products often used in large catering operations.
Humble Beginnings…
Deiric studied Hospitality and Catering Management at the renowned Athlone Institute of Technology and Human Resource Management and Business Management at Waterford Institute of Technology. He started out on his catering career at the grand age of fifteen years where he worked as a pantry boy on the Dublin to Galway train. That’s really where the love story with food begins.
Home-made breads, home-made chutneys and home-baked cookies became a trademark of the company. Desserts were gloriously created, steaks were butchered by our Master Chef, burgers were hand mixed and hand pressed with an array of spices. Spectacular meals were created to delight each and every client and whoever came to Catering365’s door.
Who and What Services we provide…
Deiric & Paula soon found that the customer who booked for their child’s christening was also booking for their own 40th birthday or wedding anniversary, that same child’s communion, a family BBQ or whatever other celebration was happening in their lives.

They also found that corporate clients were coming back again and again and rather than tiring of products were requesting ‘that delicious bread, those amazing burgers, those fabulous canapes’. It was then that Deiric & Paula knew that their ethos was the correct approach. The best indication of any caterer’s success is ‘repeat business’ and Catering365 were now not only their client’s caterers but were forging a relationship with them that was continuing on down through the years.
